Impaired Driving Screening

Impaired driving offenders in New York State may be required to undergo a screening to identify risk factors for a substance use disorder either as part of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Impaired Driver Program (IDP) or by court order.

Impaired Driving Assessment

As part of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Impaired Driver Program (IDP) or by court order, individuals found to be at risk for developing a substance use disorder are referred for a comprehensive clinical assessment.

Assessment is a process for defining the nature of the problem, determining a diagnosis, and developing specific treatment recommendations if indicated.

24-Hours notice is required or your fee will remain active.

A late fee consisting of the full cost of your session will be applied if you do not give 24-hours notice for cancelation.
